We were asked by the Dutch Wereld Natuur Fonds (WNF) to help them out on a campaign level, to build, optimize and launch campaign for more donations and support their employee base members. Due to long time sickness, WNF was coping with insufficient staffing members to fully support them in launching campaigns in Journey Builder and Email Studio.



As part of our Managed! the proposition, we at Penfield Digital are able to supply customers with staff members for short or indefinite times. We started off with an interview, to really understand the scope of work and then delivered two Penfield Digital members who worked for two days in the week at WNF, creating and launching campaigns. 



In short, WNF is happy, a lot of campaigns are being launched and created as automation in Journey Builder, so they can be run automatically. Additionally, the contract for the two external campaign members has been extended another quarter. The next step is that we also deliver a strategist, who, together with WNF will set up a year plan to optimize current campaigns, create new campaign to leverage higher engagement with customers, fans and increase the overall donations rate
