Salesforce CRM Consultant



With new and existing clients expanding their digital transformation initiatives, we are looking for an energetic and hands-on Salesforce CRM Consultant at our headquarters in Amsterdam (hybrid) You’re going to be a key member of our new Salesforce Core team. This means you will be supporting the team in building a new practice, as well as leveraging your (technical) consulting skills to help our clients solve their most pressing challenges.

As a Salesforce CRM Consultant, you are the first point of contact when it comes to (complex) CRM projects. You’ll be the lead contact for our customers to map out requirements, design solutions, and implement the best possible solutions.

What are we looking for in a CRM Consultant

  • A bachelor’s degree;

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certificate required;

  • At least +2 years of hands-on implementation and consulting project experience;

  • Knowledge of integration and data management;

  • Self-starter with the ability to drive projects in hybrid working environment;

  • Background in process design and implementation;

  • Experience with configuration;

  • Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation, and load (ETL) tools;

  • Manage multiple client engagements and work with associated team members;

  • Work together with our Sales team on pitches and pre-sales activities;

  • Provide Salesforce advice, service, and support;

  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English and preferably in Dutch;

  • Strong customer-facing skills;

  • Analytical thinker and proactive mentality;

  • Great team player.

You get bonus points if:

  • You have experience in other Salesforce Cloud solutions (Marketing Cloud and/or Service / Sales Cloud/Commerce Cloud);

  • You have a solid understanding of Salesforce products and platform features, capabilities, and best use;

  • You speak an extra language (besides English and/or Dutch), for example; Spanish or French.
